Terms of use

Personal-use software

Hermes Platform is a privately operated assistant for Tzvi (Mark) Koegel and accounts explicitly authorized by the operator. This website does not offer public registration, subscriptions or a commercial service.

Authorization and responsibility

Only connect accounts and information you have permission to use. The account owner controls granted Google permissions, scheduled automations, and requested actions. Google and other connected services remain subject to their own terms. Use of account data is described in the privacy policy.

Accuracy and limitations

AI-generated answers and automated imports may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important times, deadlines, recipients, document changes, and other consequential outputs. The assistant is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice.

Availability and discontinuation

The software is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Third-party API changes, revoked permissions, network failures, and system outages can interrupt automations. The operator may change or discontinue the system. Account owners may revoke Google access at any time.
