Hermes Platform

A privately operated AI assistant and automation system for Tzvi (Mark) Koegel. It connects the owner-selected Google accounts to personal workflows. This website explains the software; it is not a public sign-up service or an assistant dashboard.

What the assistant does

• Reads email to identify useful messages, bills, and follow-ups; drafts or sends messages as authorized by the owner.
• Reads calendars for briefings and reminders, and creates or updates events, including importing the KBM prayer schedule.
• Reads and manages Google Tasks for personal to-dos and follow-ups.
• Searches and works with owner-authorized Drive files, Docs, and Sheets for document and spreadsheet tasks.
• Reads Google contacts to support contact lookup.

Why Google access is requested

These functions need access to the selected account data. The assistant uses OAuth consent, not a Google password, to obtain that access. Some automated collectors run on a schedule, while other actions are requested in conversation. Access is limited by the permissions granted and can be revoked.

AI and connected services

Relevant account data may be processed by configured AI providers and connected services to perform requested tasks and produce summaries. The assistant stores working context and task history on owner-controlled systems. Read the privacy policy for the data practices and revocation options, and the terms of use for limitations.
